Chicken Mom

We have 4 chickens (Cleo, Twinkle, Chicken Nugget, and Baby Boat).  We had a 5th (Henrietta) however we awoke to a COCKADOODLEDOO one morning and found out that Henrietta was really a Henry.  You can now find Henry in Fair Oaks Park along with his other rooster friends.

The chickens are almost a year and we're averaging 2-3 eggs a day which is great through winter.  Its been a struggle trying to keep the chicken coop clean.  Anyone have any suggestions? 

We let the chickens roam free in the daytime and they nibble on the weeds and find the bugs (which is great for keeping the bugs down in the garden).  We would love to get more chickens, but need to find a way to make cleaning the chicken coop easier before I sign up for any more poop.
